As the terminal link of commodity circulation,retail trade plays an important role in the whole circulation system and is an indispensable part of national economic development.The continuous optimization and integration of the industrial chain of circulation system put forward higher requirements for the development of retail trade.At the same time,under the fierce competition pattern,the rapid development of new technology application and the iterative upgrading of consumer demand subvert the retail business environment.Since 2015,both the real retail enterprises and the e-commerce enterprises in our country have encountered the embarrassing situation of closing shop tide and closing down tide.The retail industry is facing enormous pressure of development,so it is in urgent need of the retail main body to change its management strategy.The article includes the background and significance of retail business model innovation,the theory and summary of business model innovation,the research of present situation and necessity,the research of existing problems and influencing factors,and the innovation of business model.First of all,the paper clarifies the background and significance of the problems to be studied.In 2015,the retail industry is in the bottleneck period of the whole industry,and the business model is facing the crisis of major adjustment.This paper introduces the theme of innovative management mode,promotes the structural optimization of upstream manufacturing industry by studying the innovation of retail business model,and helps manufacture in China 2025.Secondly,it summarizes the theoretical basis of retail business model innovation.And summarized the previous research results,put forward their own views.Then,the innovation of business models are summarized and supplemented with their own views,focusing on the channel,the form of business,The four dimensions of transaction mode and logistics supply chain present the current situation of business model innovation in China,and then analyze the necessity of innovation and development of retail business model from internal and external factors.Then,the existing problems and influencingfactors are analyzed in detail.The paper points out that the problems of innovation and development of retail business model in our country are as follows: insufficient innovation power,too high cost,bad environment,too big risk,single mode,lack of talents,and then demonstrate its influencing factors.This paper adopts the method of interview and questionnaire to collect the relevant data,constructs the structural equation model and puts forward the hypothesis,and analyzes in detail the influencing factors of the retail business model innovation by using the method of correlation coefficient of the total item.The research shows that the factors affecting the innovation of retail business model are found in the macro environmental factors.The level of regional retail industry development has the greatest influence on retail innovation development level,but the regional economic development level and the level of information technology have insufficient influence on retail innovation development.At the same time,it proves that the level of retail innovation development has a significant impact on retail performance,and there is a positive impact.Finally,This paper summarizes the innovation of retail business mode in our country and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to make the retailing industry develop healthily and continuously.
