Research On The Evolution And Experience Of Our Country’s Employment Policy Since The Reform And Opening Up

Employment is of vital importance to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, which has got the high value of CPC and Chinese government. The evolution of our country’s employment policy has experienced three stages based on the social development reality since the reform and opening up. Our country smashed the bonds of the original unified allocation employment policy and mainly carried out multi employment policy guided by the three-in-one combination employment policy as the development of reform and opening up from 1978 to 1992. On the one hand, our country put forward labor contract system, reform the recruiting and employment institution at the same time, imply different kinds of encouragement policy to support the multi-type economic development to achieve the target of employment channels extention; On the other hands, our country broke the restrictions of rural labor force flow to the urban area, strengthened the support to the township and village enterprises and fulfilled the targets of the rural employment potentials exploitation.
