Petroleum is a country’s economic lifeline, is also a strong cornerstone of toda y’s social development. It has a non renewable characteristics and an important str ategic material reserve role, always affect defense, social and political stability of a country, with the impact of the international market andpolicy in market regulatio n gradually weakened, the domestic oil industry isa industry development opportuniti es, competitive crisis.At present oil is responsible for the oil distribution in the logisticsenterprises, oi 1 distribution as oil industry at the end of the supply chain,subject to the gas stati on, oil transport team, warehouse and office at all levels etc.. Because various compa nies and the various regional sales arein strict accordance with the system of const raints corresponding,independent management act of one’s own free will,, the emer gence of a large number of waste of capacity, vehicle detour, no-load rate is high, t he problem of the high cost of logistics and distribution of oil products. The need to further improve the logistics, reduce the logistics operation cost,improve enterpris e development potential.In this paper, in order to optimize the CCDE Sichuan Chongqing transportatio n co.,ltd distribution scheme as the core, further analysis ofthe company’s existing d istribution pattern and process, the relevant theory and experience the distribution op timization, proposed the improvementdirection and plan strategy, realize the optimiz ation of combined with oil sales enterprises to send, in order to break the bottlenec k of existing oildistribution costs of enterprises in the industry are high the.First, aiming at the contradiction at one or two level two level distribution of p oor convergence, through the analysis of oil distribution system anddistribution net work optimization, then proposes the optimized oil level twojoint distribution netwo rk scheme; the combination of network model and mathematical model, unit cost wi th electronic data table method to calculatea distribution of each logistics nodes the c alculation of optimal line; and joint distribution network in the smallest unit offreig ht by software such as WinQSB; and then improve the selection of oil distributio n in oil warehouseand distribution optimization problem and achieve a grade of tw o joint distribution optimization.
