Reconstruction Of The Industrial Explosive Enterprise Business Model Based On W-Z Model

Research on business model innovation is a hot topic in the research field of business model, it can be seen from the literature of domestic and foreign scholars that the study of theoretical system, process and evaluation of business model innovation has many achievements. But the business model elements has not formed yet. The paper based on Wei-Zhu six factors model(hereinafter referred to as the “W-Z model”), to verify the validity and expand the W-Z model by the reconstruction of business model in the particular industrial explosive enterprise. It also determined a competitive strategic positioning and expanded the value chain of the industrial explosive enterprise. The new theoretical system of business model was evaluated and expanded.The article calculated the elastic coefficient between explosive industry GDP, GDP and the added value of mining to analysis the dependent relationship. At the same time using regression fitting of mining investment in fixed assets and industrial explosive production, combined with the related policy and relevant data operation, analysis of industrial explosive industry development trend in the future. Then applied W-Z model combing the explosive industry types of existing enterprise business model, and the “joint pricing model” are explained production enterprises and circulation enterprises to seek cooperation of each other in theory. Of the industrial explosive five listed companies in the industry through grey correlation analysis, compared the competitiveness of the typical industrial enterprise under the existing business model. Finally analyzing and reconstructing the target enterprise business model based on W-Z model, also using the critical success factor method combined with expert scoring and AHP to empower and screen all the 28 key success factors.Though the above research and analysis, the main conclusions was followed:1. The explosive industry GDP with strong dependence between GDP and added value of mining, and the dependence of GDP stronger than the added value of mining. Mining investment in fixed assets and industrial explosive production has strong correlation, though the relationship it preliminary calculated the production of explosive industry is 5.27 million tons in 2015. Industrial explosive industry future development trend of the mainstream is through the merger and reorganization, and advance blasting services integration promoting industrial concentration.2. W-Z model in practical application is more suitable for combing and analyzing business model, through the analysis of the angle of the six elements can be able to analyze the enterprise’s business model. But in the reconstruction of business model, the six elements showed the important degree. This paper, in combination with the target enterprise developed a new model of six elements on the basis of W-Z model rearrange six elements.3.Base on W-Z model, the article reconstructed the target enterprise business model with the integration of resources to provide the overall solution, and designed detailed business system diagram. From 28 key resource abilities, it teased out the market development, licensing capacity, safety control and so on nine key resource abilities, constructed the framework of the new business model.
