China has become the largest economy in the world,the national economy level and the material demand has been greatly improved and meets the cultural demand;at the same time in the rapid integration with the west,the coffee industry has become a new economic growth in various fields of Chinese enterprise.Because of the slowing economic growth and strong anti-corruption movement,High consumption began to slide into weakness,now going to Coffee shops are very popular among young people as a "light luxury" consumption pattern,so the coffee market has great potential,a strong development prospects and broad market capacity.However,the huge market also means the fierce competition,famous coffee enterprises in various countries regard China as the key area for developing their Business,but because of various reasons,Chinese coffee companies are disadvantaged in the coffee market.In view of this,firstly,this paper combs the relevant theoretical literature of business models,analyzes and studies the business models of well-known coffee companies both here and abroad.Second,this paper summarizes the logical structure,element models and canvas models of coffee business models.Finally,this paper combining the HY coffee company unique resources,constructs the logical architecture,business model and elements of the canvas model for the HY coffee company,and creates a coffee shop resource integration platform,including online service platform and offline stores to serve consumers and entrepreneurs.In this paper,the literature review method,from the perspective of the business model of domestic and foreign research,describes the elements of the business model generation and business model;employ a large number of typical cases,analysis of the domestic and foreign various coffee business mode.Then,the literature use the SWOT,analysis of resource synergy market feasibility of business model.And finally,the literature analysis on the economic feasibility of HY coffee company’s business model using the Cost-benefit analysis.
