With the advent of the era of Internet, compared with other industries, the development of the domestic IT industry is facing with more opportunities and challenges. Many big companies have realized that the talent competition has become an important issue for us adapt to the globalization. The question for how to change the management approach to manage the IT employees who characterized with diversified value tendency effectively and obtain high performance has become one of the major challenges of human resource management in the IT companies. Nowadays, more and more IT companies are established. Under this background, it is quite critical to research leading work values, job satisfaction and the relationship between the influence of work values on job satisfaction path of IT employees so that we could put forward the corresponding management advice, attract and retain talents, exercise their initiative and creative, improve the efficiency and administrative quality of the IT companies.Based on this, this study starts from the perspective of staff’s work values, develops under the logical framework of work values having influence on job satisfaction, discusses the status of the enterprise employees work values, job satisfaction and analyzes the way that how individual variables have The difference of influence on work values and job satisfaction. Finally it studies the regular of how different dimensions of work values have path of influence on different dimensions of job satisfaction. Based on the values of Super scale and Minnesota short form scale, this study uses questionnaire to undertake the empirical research on IT employees from Zhongguancun Software Park in Beijing and collects 250 effective questionnaires. Multiple methods such as sorting, descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis are applied to analysis the data by using the software Spss22.0. Besides, structural equation model is used to have a depth analysis of the relationship between work values and employee satisfaction in terms of different dimensions.Empirical study results show that currently the majority of IT enterprise staff is young people with high education background. The mobility of this staff is quite great and their overall values and satisfaction are at moderate to low level. Gender, age, marital status is not the factor which significantly decides the effects of work values on job satisfaction while employee’s education, length of service does in terms of IT staff. Work values of correlation dimension has directed path effect on job satisfaction related dimensions. In detailed, first, as for employees’ job satisfaction under the three aspects of the work itself, work reward and self development, inner work values is a very persuasive argument. Besides, external values have a significant role to predict IT staff’s satisfaction about leadership and management. In addition, extrinsic rewards have significantly effect on their job satisfaction under the aspect of work reward. On the basis of the analysis of the result of the research, this study put forward suggestions about how to improve the IT enterprise staff job satisfaction.
