Hotel staff is the lifeline of the hotel, directly decides the hotel service quality and guest satisfaction, their professional ideas and value orientation directly affects their work attitude and work behavior, therefore, to the attention of hotel staff and humanized management is very important.At present scholars haven’t pay attention to the hotel staff this group at the grassroots level and the use of structural equation model for hotel grass-roots staff vocational values and the study of the relationship between job satisfaction are rare. Therefore, this article research purpose is: to establish a structural equation model, to explore Changzhutan hotel grassroots employees occupational values and the relationship between job satisfaction, promote the job of hotel staff satisfaction, realize win-win situation of hotel management and staff development.This article refer to a large number of literature, a solid theoretical foundation;Through the questionnaire survey to get the data, ensure the data authenticity;Integrated use of qualitative and quantitative, through the Delphi method and principal component analysis technique expert opinion collection, optimization of index system, using the structural equation model to explore Changzhutan hotel employees work values its relationship with satisfaction at the local level。Through the analysis of Changzhutan hotel grass-roots staff occupational values by the intrinsic value and external value, reputation value and social value of four dimensions, job satisfaction by the economic compensation, promotion, leader,colleague relationship, and the work itself; in five dimensions, Build a structural equation model, AMOS software for data analysis, through the model identification and model fitting, model evaluation, verify that the building of model fitting effect is good, and the research conclusion:1, Changzhutan hotel grass-roots staff are, in turn,pay attention to the prestige value,social value, the external value and the intrinsic value, among them, the prestige value and external value affect of vocational values is the largest. 2, Changzhutan hotel grass-roots staff’s overall job satisfaction is 3.75,tend to be "satisfied", satisfaction in turn order is: the work itself, the interpersonal relationship, superior leadership, promotion and work reward, promotion and colleague relation had the greatest influence on hotel employee’s overall job satisfaction at the grass-roots level. 3, Changzhutan hotel grass-roots staff occupational values are positively correlated with job satisfaction, coefficient is 0.67,shows that vocational values, the higher the score, the higher job satisfaction.Extrinsic value and prestige value and grass-roots staff overall job satisfaction had the highest correlation coefficient of 0.54, promotion and the correlation of occupational values most. 4, according to the above analysis, the changzhutan area of the hotel should be to strengthen the construction of values and create employee satisfaction working atmosphere; Osmosis, guide staff occupational values; Improve the system of promotion and compensation, to improve employee job satisfaction.
