Work values, job satisfaction, are new topics on human resource management with the rise of corporate culture. Work values is kind of judgment on the work itself,the relationship between work, environment and employees, which belong to the scope of personal judgments systems; Job satisfaction is kind of feeling on situational factors of work, which always changes by personal internal factors and external environmental factors. In this study, we survey the"80th"employees in Chinese enterprises; analyze their work values, job satisfaction. After empirical research, we can draw the following conclusions:1. Work values can be evaluated from three factors: the organizational factor, the work evaluation factor and the personal requirements factor.2. Job satisfaction can be evaluated from three factors: the intrinsic satisfaction, the extrinsic satisfaction and the overall satisfaction.3. The"80th"and the non"80th"have different dimensions in work values and job satisfaction.4. The"80th"in different education level, enterprise nature have different dimensions in work values and job satisfaction.5. Through regression analysis, work values can predict job satisfaction at a significant level.Finally, we put up five recommendations to improve the"80th"employees'satisfaction and loyalty: Attention to differentiation in the"80th"to make timely HR management warning, optimize recruitment process to select right people, establish a scientific pay system to make reasonable incentive, participate in the"80th"staff career planning to improve the development path and environment, build people-oriented corporate culture to enhance the sense of belonging of the"80th"employees.
