Under The Perspective Of Geopolitics- Vietnam Border Trade In Guangxi: 2001-2013

Economic development in the border areas is directly related to the realization of China to create a harmonious society and the full access to a well-off society in this great goal. Border trade is also a kind of border regions and bordering countries peculiar trade. The rapid development of border trade is directly related to social stability in the border area between China and a friendly, harmony and win-win neighboring relationship. With the development of regional economic integration, as well as China- ASEAN trade established, it is important how the government in the border areas launch the development of border trade in favor of new initiatives in the new situation, and the policy adjustments border trade is directly related to the health of border trade development.So the theory Optimization border trade policy has important theoretical and practical significance. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southwest waterfront land is bordered by the provinces of Vietnam, and its unique location value plays an important strategic role in China’s western development. This research is aimed at regional economic integration as a backdrop, and takes the border Interpretation of trade policy with the development of relations between China and Vietnam,aimed to provide a reference model for Guangxi development policies and the local economy.This article is based on a geopolitical perspective in Guangxi and Vietnam border trade, and takes the geopolitics in the location value theory and interpersonal geopolitical theory and international geopolitical theory as the theoretical basis, combined with state of border trade in policy implementation, aimed to study the the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi border trade development.It also takes the field research methods to investigate two border cities named Dongxing and Pingxiang.And through the local government and local policies review as well as the interviews,based on a combination of theoretical and practical methods, we can put forward our own views and Countermeasures for the development of border trade of Guangxi..
