But, our country’s New-type urbanization construction in advance because of the limitation of various factors are also facing the problems and difficulties.Among them, the problem such as energy resources, ecological environment will be the main problem.The key way to solve this problem is to focus on developing a new path of development,that path is new-type urbanization of low-carbon development.Under the new situation,Low-carbon development has become the different countries and areas respond to global warming and ecological environment problems’ important strategic,is the main symbol and content of the new-type urbanization construction.It insists that economic, social and ecologica scientific development, harmonious development and sustainable development.
