Process Optimization Of Container United Transportation Of Railway And Highway

Integrated transport system and modern logistics development require effective integration of various transports, what’s more, it also needs developing advantages and avoiding shortages in order to achieve maximum benefit. June 2013, the Railway office carried out "door to door" cargo transport service in freight reform. In addition, according to our freight volume of variety shipping methods, geographical features and railway network plan, highway and railway transport will be the mainly manner, thus improving the efficiency of highway and railway transport is particularly important.As an important part of integrated transport and "door to door" transport, Highway and railway transport plays a main role in the transport market. It combines the advantage of road transport on short-distance and rail transport on long-distance, takes road transport as sender and receiver, rail transport as its convergence to provide customers with economical, reasonable and convenient transportation services. However, the development of railway and highway transport in our country cannot meet the diverse needs of customers.This paper mainly for railway and highway transport processes, used process reengineering to optimize the existing transport processes to achieve the purpose of customer-centric, shorten transportation time and improving containers intermodal. First of all, we reviewed on process reengineering, optimization and business process modeling methods, selected Petri net modeling as rail transport optimization method. Then, analyzed the existing rail transport processes, used hierarchical modeling method to establish Petri net of the existing rail transport processes, fined the irrational aspects of network, and applied optimization rules to do corresponding optimization. Finally, According to isomorphic MC model, calculations the system delay, verified the effectiveness of optimization, then analyzed the optimization of processes.
