| The Road and Bridge Construction Enterprises of our country influenced by the background of the rapid development of world economy globalization,especially after the reform and opening-up policy was carried out in our country,the impact of market on the bridge company continues to increase.The Road and Bridge Corporation of China Railway 16 th Bureau Group is also facing the impact of increased competition,which needs active search for business transformation and exploration of a long-term strategic plan suitable for the development to deal with the pressure from outside parties.Our country will soon enter a well-off society,in the meantime the overall prospect of the construction industry is promising.But the traditional construction industries and enterprises will be showing a tendency to decline with the development of society.Therefore,in order to effectively enhance the competitive position of enterprises and grab more abundant business profit margins,they need to make transition as soon as possible.In this context,this paper researches the company's development and transformation strategy,regarding the Railway 16 Bureau of Road and Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the main object.This paper is developed following the idea of "Introduce the problem-analyze the problem-to solve the problem".The main content of the following aspects are described:First,we give a coherent introduction on the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad has combed elaborate,in the meanwhile clear the content of this paper and the main research technical route.Second,the content of the company's transformation theory,strategic management theory and diversification strategy are carried out,which lay a foundation for subsequent study.Third,beginning with the analysis of the overall status of the construction industry,we analyze the current organizational structure status and operating management status of China Railway 16 Bureau of Road and Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd to obtain the main current business situation.Fourth,combined with the results of the analysis of the current situation,we deeply examine the main problems that exist in the business process of China Railway 16 Bureau of Road and Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd.Then we give an in-depth analysis.Fifth,mainly based on the SWOT analysis method we analyze the strategic positioning and strategic choice in the business transformation,then get a clear and basic idea of company's transformation and complete the preliminary design of enterprise transformation.Sixth,we elaborately design the safeguards along with the strategic transformation of China Railway 16 Bureau of Road and Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd.From four aspects: cultivating new corporate culture to shape the transformation of ideas,improving the modern enterprise management system,strictly checking product quality management,strengthening human resources management.Seven,this paper summarizes conclusions of this study and make a outlook of future research directions. |
