Research On Project Cost Management Of ZH Company Of CM Science And Technology Park

China construction industry has a rapid development in the rapid pace of urbanization in the country, but the domestic construction enterprise competition is becoming increasingly intense. In order to ensure the quality of the premise of the implementation of the project and so ensure adequate profit range, we must strengthen the control of project cost. The cost control is the key of the construction company, and the company’s ability to obtain profits or even is the core problem of higher earnings. In order to ensure that the company can gradually develop and grow in the increasingly fierce market competition environment and get steady income, construction companies need to pay more attention to the project cost control.Based on the CM Technology Park project of ZH company as the research object, on the basis of relevant theories and methods of cost management and analyzed the status quo of cost management for CM science and Technology Park project in ZH company, I summed up the existing CM Technology Park project of ZH company cost management problems, such as the leading power and the responsibility not clear, the actual costs far exceeding the budget, project completion time delaying, the responsibility of the project management system not perfect, ignoring the quality cost management and control and so on. In order to solve these problems, this article defines the objectives and principles of CM Technology Park project cost management of ZH company, and the management according to the ABC classification management from the price, materials use and preservation of materials into the specification of dynamic allocation of workers, coordinating machinery import time so as to reduce the equipment failure, and reducing the cost of management and control, preventing the occurrence of safety accidents and so on. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of CM Technology Park project in ZH Company, the cost management control and optimization is applied to the process of cost management of a project, which formed with the new ideas and methods of project cost management. The guiding opinions for the construction project of ZH company operation cost management has certain practical, but also there is a very strong guiding significance of cost management and optimization for the future project construction management in particular.
