Empirical Research On The Knowledge Sharing Of Farmer’s Specialized Cooperative Organizations

In this day and age, knowledge has become the key factors for organizations to obtain competitive advantages after land and capital.Furthermore, the rapid development of bioinformation technology and agricultural modernization, the creation of agricultural products brand and the promotion of new agricultural technology and management method,make the farmers’ professional cooperative organizations have a strong demand for knowledge resources,but the cooperatives abilities to acquire, absorb and exchange knowledge are relatively weak.Therefore.the cooperatives urgent need to improve the ability of knowledge management to effectively solve the problem of "knowledge poverty" so as to finally realizes the promotion of service ability and performance level.Knowledge sharing is the core content of knowledge management. From the view of knowledge sharing,this paper will study the performance improvement problems of cooperatives,thoroughly explore and summarize the influencing factors and methods of knowledge sharing, and the results of knowledge sharing, which will have important instruction meaning to the sustainable development of farmer cooperatives and the policy formulation of agriculture farmer and village.On the basis of literature research and preliminary interviews, this paper has preliminarily established the knowledge sharing factors index system(Including 4 dimension variables,12 measure indices) and the knowledge sharing measure index system(Including 2 dimension variables), explored the relations among the knowledge sharing factors, the knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing performance,and put forward the corresponding theoretical assumptions.Through a questionnaire survey to collect data,then conducted statistical analysis, the results of the analysis shows that:the knowledge sharing environment plays a fundamental role to the sharing performance improvement of cooperatives; the knowledge sharing body plays a dominant key role to the sharing performance improvement of cooperatives; the knowledge sharing media plays a driving role to the sharing performance improvement of cooperatives;the knowledge sharing object has no significant effects on the sharing performance improvement of cooperatives. Finally, this paper explores the effective ways of knowledge sharing in cooperatives and corresponding management suggestions to improve the cooperatives performance.
