Research On Knowledge Absorptive Capacity Influencing Factors Of Farmer Cooperative Organizations

With industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization "four modernizations sync" development, China’s agriculture has entered today’s high input, high-cost, high-risk of period, improving agricultural science and technology drive strength is important practice for the development of modern agriculture industry. In addition to resources such as land, labor, capital, knowledge will play a huge potential productivity of science and technology, become a driving force for sustainable development organization. As economic entities in the agricultural industry of information technology services, the farmers’ professional cooperative organization’s capacity to absorb external system knowledge, will directly affect the wealth increase and the realization of modern agriculture. It’s need to find the influence factors of farmers’professional cooperative organization knowledge absorptive capacity, to improve its market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.This study using literature retrieval method, field survey method and quantitative analysis, on the basis of literature research, established the theoretical model and put forward the research hypothesis, and through scientific sampling and in-depth research, to understand the knowledge absorptive capacity status quo of farmers’professional cooperative organizations. Clear indications in the background of the government support, the difference in the enterprises and non-profit social organizations under the common attributes of the key factors·restricting farmers’professional cooperative organization absorptive capacity and path to provide the reference for the development of cooperation organization.It was found from the analysis, organization and management and knowledge networks, knowledge environment, leaders styles of knowledge absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect, organizational culture, the role of R&D investment has a positive impact on potential absorptive capacity, organizational culture, knowledge and learning the actual mechanism has a positive impact on the role of absorptive capacity, the knowledge base for knowledge absorption have a negative correlation. Finally, according to the results, proposed the establishment of the organization’s knowledge network, improve the cultural level of skills of farmers, strengthening organizational knowledge management, increase investment in research and other policy recommendations.
