Coupled with the advance of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises is increasingly focused on the competition between the supply chains where enterprises located in nowadays. Implementation of supply chain management is conducive to enhancing the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises and obtaining their strategic development, and an increasing number of enterprises begin to adopt this advanced management mode. The process flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow were involved in the operation of supply chain, integrated supply chain itself intricate features, its management difficulty is much larger than a single enterprises. In the process of supply chain operations, the risk of loss caused by a certain aspect was tending to spread to the entire supply chain enterprises. J Company is a traditional electronic manufacturing company, and its normal run requires a lot of supply chain members. In order to identify it, analysis it, control it before the supply chain risk taking place, and minimize the probability of the risk arising, J Company needs to establish a complete set of the supply chain risk early-warning mechanism.This article first described the background and significances of itself, comprehended literature, summed up the study of supply chain risk management focused on risk management and analysis, risk assessment methods and supply chain risk early-warning, and then briefly commented on these studies, identified their shortcomings, and finally described the research ideas of this article. Secondly, this article elaborated the theory and methods of supply chain risk warning, introduced the connotation, meaning, function and theoretical basis of supply chain risk warning, and compared the main method used in the current supply chain risk early-warning study. Introduced the status quo of J Company and its supply chain operations, described the patterns and characteristics of J Company’s supply chain operations, concluded that its problems. Then this article proposed structure and the general process of supply chain risk early-warning, through the identification of supply chain risk, the risks could be divided into uncontrollable risk and controllable risk, then selected indicators from the controllable risk factors to evaluation to build the risk early-warning index system of J Company supply chain. Next, this article constructed a comprehensive evaluation model base on entropy weight and fuzzy recognition, used the method of questionnaire to score supply chain risk index, used the model for evaluation of these risks, and make a simple analysis of the evaluation results. Finally, based on the evaluation results, put forward feasible advice about risk handling, and strived to reduce the possibility of supply chain risk arising to ensure the normal operation of J Company’s supply chain.
