Production Brigade:the Rural Primary Organization Under The People’s Commune

Production Brigade is rural primary organization under the system of the people’s commune, but also is the special product in the people’s commune period. With the establishment of the people’s commune and the movement carried out, production brigade came into being and gradually the commune’s system is improved, in the system of " San ji suo you,Dui wei ji chu"(three-level ownership by the commune,the production brigade and the production team,with the production team as the basic accouting unit),the production brigade played a semi-administrative organization’s role in connecting the production team and the commune, and has played an important role in the people’s commune.This thesis sampled a village in Liaoning province named YaoLaowo to illustrate the derivation and evolution, extermination and changes of a production brigade, so as to give a full view of the impact to rural areas. Based on cases from the village, this statement drew a full picture of the planning economy and its way of conduction of administrative and economic orders, the power of central government on the rudimentary level in rural society and the relationship between production brigade and people’s commune, production team and its members and so forth.
