How to retain talented workforce this core competence is the question that all the companies have to think about, epically when outsourcing industry is facing more and more challenges. However, employee turnover phenomenon is quite popular in BPO industry. And as a result, companies have to pay for its negative impact. To prevent frequent employees’ turnover issue in advance, companies have to analyze the reasons which caused this issue and make countermeasures accordingly to avoid such behavior.With the massive study of oversea and domestic related research and published findings, plus the theory of Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and Psychology, this research has analyzed Kangpu employees’ turnover reasons by using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. And it is found that three main reasons led to Kangpu employees’ turnover behavior, including better job opportunities outside of Kangpu, inside unreasonable salary system and lacking of career development planning. With regards to the above three main reasons, this article correspondingly proposes a set of management solutions to prevent employees’ turnover. The solutions include better planning to hire candidates who fit the position best, improving current salary system, setting up reasonable performance management system, establishing complete training hierarchy & career development planning and enhancing company culture constructionThis research is conducted on the basis of BPO industry features and Kangpu’s existing problems. It analyzes company’s management issues which are the main causes of turnover behavior thru provided individual’s reason. And then proposes solutions in accordance to prevent turnover behavior at an early stage. From human resource management perspective, this research provides good reference to the outsourcing industry which is facing widespread turnover issues.
