Proactive socialization behaviors of the new employees are a strategy and action, which are used for integrating into the organization, adapting the organization life and culture and gaining recognition and support. For new employees, how to integrate into organization more quickly and accelerate the transforming process from external to internal, these need training to support. Training transfer refers to better applying what is learned knowledge and skills from training into practical work and maintaining for a period of time. It is obvious that training takes the decisive effect in human resource management. Training in enterprises is aimed at furthering knowledge, skills and attitude to improve the organization performance.At the moment, many domestic and international scholars have done researches involving training transfer. Individual characteristic factors are increasing gradually. The focus is on Baldwin & Ford Training Transfer Model, the study analysis of employee characteristics are less. The relationship between Proactive behaviors which is relevant to individual characteristic factors and Self-efficacy can greatly affect the effect of training transfer and explore the internal operation mechanism among every variable that is important significance to improve the effects of training.The research objecte combed the related literature of training transfer, the study is about the relationship between new employee proactive behaviors with training transfer. Meanwhile, adding the self-efficacy variable, the study is tried to use it as the intermediary variable to do research and explore how proactive behaviors of the new employees affect the training transfer. In the study, in this paper are new employees from Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning Province and Peking, SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software is put into use and hypothesis model is examined via exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis. The study has found that positive impact is raised between proactive behaviors and training transfer. At the same time, proactive behaviors with self-efficacy enhancement has set increasing positive impact on training transfer, and has explained that the part of existing intermediation role of self-efficacy. The further study has also discussed that under the different dimensions, proactive behaviors exerts significant influence on the dimension of training transfer, and has proved that new employees improving proactive behaviors can promote training transfer effect and train effectiveness and continuity. According to results in the study, recommendation is given from new employees-adopting proactive behaviors, increasing self-efficacy and promoting training transfer effect, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the enterprise training management.
