Perceived supervisor support refers to the psychological state which the new employees perceived that leadership attaches great importance to its contribution and attention to happiness. Proactive socialization behaviors refers to that in the process of transition the new employees initiate to know the situation, to carry out a series of active behavior for the purpose of speeding up into groups and increasing the adaption.As the postal system reforms, the economic develops rapidly and the Internet business arises, express delivery business in our country surges a lot. At the same time, problems from new employees in the express enterprises has been exposed, such as large flow, low efficiency, low job satisfaction, frequent sabotage and absenteeism,etc,of which high turnover rate as the most profound impact to the business, will not only cause a loss of enterprise resources, increase of operating costs, but the personnel of loss will also express the problem on the limitation of formation, cause a certain loss to customers, bring irreparable negative influence on the corporate image. As in the new period New employee’s personality and ideas are getting strong, traditional organizational socialization strategies cannot effectively explain the behavior of new employees. So from the new staff own perspective, discussing organizational socialization outcomes becomes the new way for study. Perceived supervisor support is able to reflect the most important relationships which the new employee in the organization has——leadership and employee relations,because supervisor support and care for new employees would help new employees to produce proactive socialization behaviors in the great degree which plays an important role in improving new employees’ work performance, job satisfaction and reducing turnover rate. Therefore, under the background of which domestic scholars pay attention to the organizational factors in the former research of organization socialization, this research gives individual factors as the core to discuss the relationship between perceived supervisor support, proactive socialization behaviors and socialization outcomes, so as to provide new ideas to accelerate the organizational socialization process for new employees.Firstly, this study constructs a preliminary theoretical model on the basis of literature review, combined with the questionnaire survey method, the foreign perceived supervisor support scale is introduced. Secondly, SPSS and AMOS software are used to verify the reliability and do exploratory factor analysis about data in the preliminary research, after which the initial concept model are further amended. Thirdly, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, Regression analysis and so on are used to verify the reliability and validity of data in the formal investigation, and to verify the previous theoretical model. Following main conclusions are drew: Perceived supervisor support have a positive impact on proactive socialization behaviors and job satisfaction, and a negative impact on turnover intention; Proactive socialization behaviors have a positive impact on job performance, job satisfaction, and a negative impact on turnover intention, proactive socialization behaviors play a partial intermediary role between perceived supervisor support and job satisfaction, turnover intention. Finally, according to the empirical results, practical management recommendations are put forward to help accelerate the new employees’ organization socialization process, to provide certain value about how to improve the work performance, job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
