With the increasing development of internet, in order to meet the demand of consumers, all enterprises of insurance industry have reformed thoroughly, and the reform is internet marketing. Which has been a new approach for the enterprise under such new market and will be an important way of marketing in the future development, and it will necessarily have impact on the market share during the competition, therefore, developing insurance internet marketing increasingly will be the key measure for hitting the target of enterprise.The author The author analyzed the whole internet marketing of Shaanxi Branch of S Insurance Company via comparison method, case analysis, PEST, SWOT etc, combined with the marketing theory and internet marketing theory. First, the author analyzed inner environment of internet marketing from introduction of the company the present situation, achievement problem to be solved and the reason, as well as outer environment of it by PEST, and supplied a basic foundation for the following scheme made. Second, the author made a suitable strategy for the insurance internet marketing development from the strategies of platform construction, products, marketing channels and promotion. Third, the author offered some guarantee strategies for the implement of internet marketing after the analysis of the implementing risk, then finally got the conclusion which is constructive for the insurance internet marketing plan application.
