The Investigation Report Of Land-lost Farmers In Coastal Economic Zone

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, more and more farmers lost their lands depending upon in the past times. How to solve the problems of land-lost farmers and how to get them out of trouble, it is a problem to be solved urgently by the government. Solve this problem successfully can not only make sure the economy develop better in a well-being environment, but also influence the stability and unity of the society.This article researches on the land-lost farmers from the view of the public management, refers to the national and international theories and some practical experiences. It takes Yongning town of F city as an example, by using the methods of literature review, questionnaire and field survey, case analysis and so on to divide the land-lost farmers into different categories, thus to gain insight into the present situation and difficulties of all kinds of land-lost farmers. Through the investigation and study, there are mainly the following problems exist in them:lower living standard, lack of long-term and necessary social security, the false ideology,the difficulties in employment, lack of rights and so on. To solve these problems, specific countermeasures are put forward with reference to the domestic and international advanced experience and the local situation,such as:change the unreasonable policy; Establish new rural social security mode which suits for the socialism; Strengthen policy propaganda and guidance to get rid of the traditional error consciousness; Establish education and training institutions to encourage self-employment; Enhance the cadres service consciousness to protect famers’ legal rights, etc.This article researches on current status of the land-lost farmers in Coastal Economic Zone with the hope to provide some experiences and references for the resettlement and compensation work in other areas of china, also hope to bring help and improvement to the land-lost farmers’ life. However, my scientific research ability is limited thus the related research needs to be further studied.
