Study On The Benefit Of Urban Land Use In Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone

Liaoning coastal economic belt includes Dalian,Yingkou,Jinzhou,Dandong,Panjin and Huludao.Liaoning province is the only coastal province in Northeast China,so the coastal economic belt plays an important role.The key point of land use is the economical and intensive use of land resources.How to make rational use of land use and how to improve the efficiency of urban land use in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone are the main contents of this paper.Speeding up the development of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone,so that all cities can maximize the benefits of land use,improve the industrial layout of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone,and promote the overall expansion and development of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone.Opening to the outside world is of great significance to the development of the northern coastal areas of China.Based on the theory of land location and synergy,this paper analyses the whole city of Liaoning coastal economic zone.With the help of Entropy Weight Method and MATLAB software,four criteria layers and 22 indicators are selected to evaluate and study the land use efficiency of Liaoning coastal economic zone cities.The economic,social,ecological and spatial benefits of land use of Liaoning coastal economic zone cities are obtained.According to the score,the coordination degree of 2016 is 0.4356,which is on the verge of imbalanced development.The imbalance of land use efficiency system in Liaoning coastal economic zone is found and analyzed.The economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and spatial benefits of land use are not synchronized,and the coordination degree between the overall land use benefits of cities in the economic belt is not high.Seize the opportunity of industrial upgrading,adjust the industrial structure,give full play to the characteristics of cities,change the way of land use,combine prevention and control,maintain ecological sustainability,give full play to the three-dimensional benefits of land,realize the construction of underground space of cities in Liaoning coastal economic zone,give full play to its maximum spatial effect in the Limited area of land resources of cities in Liaoning coastal economic zone,and promote the conservation and concentration of urban land.Approximate utilization will maximize the role of location effect,tap the potential of urban land,optimize its spatial efficiency,andbetter promote the opening up of Liaoning coastal economic zone cities as a whole.
