Research On Development Strategic Of Coking Coal Enterprises In Shanxi Based On Circular Economy

Currently, shaped recovery in the world economy is still arduous. China has experienced years of rapid growth, increasing pressure on the current economic downturn, and increasing severe environmental constraints, high input, high consumption, high emission and low efficiency of the extensive growth model unsustainable. Shanxi is the largest coking coal resource base, is also the largest coke production base. Shanxi Coking Industry is one of the "Metallurgical Coke" four pillar industries, occupies a pivotal position. The coking industry itself is high consumption, high pollution and high emission industries, plus overcapacity, low industry concentration problems facing huge challenges of survival.For the economy and the environment into a double dilemma of Shanxi Coking enterprises, through the development of recycling economy, to fully enhance the utilization efficiency of resources, comprehensive utilization of waste alternative to buying new resources, reduce waste of resources, traditional development model can solve the problem at the source reduction, thus changing the end of treatment, helping enterprises to reduce costs, gaining huge economic and environmental benefits and social benefits. Therefore, the development of circular economy is an inevitable choice for its crack crisis has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, Shanxi Coking business cycle of economic development as the research subject, the status of economic development in Shanxi Coking ongoing business cycle analysis found that there is a shortage of coking coal resources, serious waste, pollution and other issues. However, in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems, lack of awareness of recycling economy development, blind expansion of low-level, duplication construction; Industrial technology behind, low industrial concentration; Short chain industry, poor product processing and recycling. This paper presents the corporate level and pattern of economic development circulation park level, and based on six basic principles of the design of the index system of circular economy, relying on a comprehensive consideration of the meaning of circular economy, requirements and characteristics, building a circular economy evaluation system in Shanxi Coking enterprises, use principal component analysis as a typical analysis methods analysis Shanxi Coking enterprises. Coming to development of circular economy gradually improved as its conclusion. Finally, this paper proposes to establish the concept of circular economy development, accelerate technology development and process innovation, establish long-term mechanism of circular economy development and the policy seeks to support the development of circular economy, create a favorable cycle of economic development, such as five suggestions to promote a culture of Shanxi Coking business cycle of economic development.
