With the development of economy, people pay more and more attentions to the diversification of food, greening, eutrophication, freshness and so on. The food freshness and nutrition has a close relation with the logistics. At present, the good and bad are intermingled for the Third-Party Logistics companies in the logistics market. So it’s difficult for an enterprise to choose them appropriately. The imbalance between supply and demand brings difficulties to development of enterprises.From the perspective of food enterprises, this article made a detailed investigation and study. Analyzed its reason and made the demand statistics for the enterprise. According to the needs of the enterprises, done the service rating for the Third-Party Logistics which can provided food logistics. So that, when a food enterprise in the choice of logistics, they can combinations with the characteristics of their own food and Third-Party Logistics companies to make the right choice.In this paper, the research mainly divided into several steps:At first, investigated the enterprises for its demand. The form of questionnaire is utilized to collect and quantity the data about the requirements of food enterprise for logistics outsourcing. The questionnaire include the choices of self-running and out contracted logistics for enterprises, the number of food logistics outsourcing enterprise in our province and the proportion of the number, the reasons for food enterprises to select logistics outsourcing, the requires of the logistics service provider and the service types of the logistics service provider. Through the questionnaire, we analyzed the demand of food production enterprises.Secondly, to analyze the needs of users, according to the result of analysis and determination of evaluation index. And then according to the characteristics of food logistics select representative evaluation index. Researching the evaluation index and establishing evaluation standard.At last, the appraisal target system and determined star-level evaluation standard is established according to the result of investigation and data analysis. According to analyze the information that after summarizing, we form an effective evaluation system so that the system can become a third party hierarchy standard of food logistics market. What’s more, it can make the food logistics consumers can quickly find out in the later operation of the suitable suppliers.
