In recent years, China’s economic development has encountered significant challenges. So it’s more important to enhance the capability of independent innovation, and strive to build an innovative country. People pay attention to Chinese enterprises’ innovation capability and academia has been studying on this. We need to study more about innovative power, especially its factors and formation mechanism. Knowledge innovation is the inherent requirement of enterprise innovation. To explore the inherent dynamic mechanism of knowledge innovation, construct the corresponding theoretical model is an important research direction in the academia.In this paper, entrepreneurship is defined from two dimensions:stedfast faiths and innovation, this research defines the concept and connotation of knowledge innovation and entrepreneurship through the review of related classic academic viewpoints and theory. In order to strengthen the pertinence and typicality, this research selects the case study method, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign academic circles about the case research’s classical process and paradigm. Case of this research is MeiDe casting company. The company’s innovation emerge in endlessly in the process of management practice, and also has a lot of praise in entrepreneurship, enterprise culture and enterprise system arrangement, the research got rich first-hand data through investigation, interview and internal publications. Then concluding and classifying these interview information and data.The study combines the current classical academic ideas with theories. We put forward three propositions by deductive inference, and then verifies through a case. All propositions are basic view we hold about entrepreneurship and enterprise innovational dynamic. Firstly, entrepreneurship plays a role as original power in the dynamic mechanism of knowledge innovation. The entrepreneur’s values, innovative ideas and leader quality lead enterprise innovation. Secondly, as the original power of knowledge innovation, entrepreneurship as the personal beliefs should be landed by corporate culture constructing. We should make it perceived by the majority of employees and eventually become a core force of innovation. Thirdly, the focus of making corporate culture practicable are organizational management and system design. They provide impetus and space for knowledge innovation on the institutional and management levels. Corporate culture, system and the organization management should be synergize to promote innovation. Finally, developing management practice and system which consistent with entrepreneurship and corporate culture and implementing resolutely are the key for a company to be approved by staff eventually. Then it ensure the motivational role of entrepreneurship and stimulate innovation dynamics. This is also innovation points of the study.The paper constructs the model of enterprise knowledge innovation dynamic mechanism based on the theory of entrepreneurship through the research on the relationship of the entrepreneurship, corporate culture,corporate system and the innovative power of enterprise knowledge. In the knowledge innovation mechanism, entrepreneurship and enterprise philosophy have a relatively stable relationship.The entrepreneurship is the soul of the enterprise philosophy,and it directly guides the construction of enterprise culture and company system, and it also has a leading influence on product technology innovation to some extent. Corporate culture is the external form of the entrepreneur spirit which pervades the whole company, and it is an important power to promote the enterprise knowledge innovation.The corporate culture which derived from the enterprise philosophy has a influence on the institutional arrangement of company and organization management. Enterprise designs the system to meet the requirements of culture, and it make entrepreneurship and corporate culture accepted by the staff through firm implementation of the organization and management system, and it can form a staff level of common faith, cohesion and implementation, then it will promotes enterprise innovation power, which can continue to promote the management of innovation, enterprise system innovation,echnological innovation of products, we will realize the knowledge innovation of enterprise based on the technological innovation of products.
