| As soon as the concept of corporate entrepreneurship was put forward, it had received the widespread attention. In a broad sense, corporate entrepreneurship refers to the entrepreneurial behavior in existing enterprises and includes many forms. In the past several decades, more and more studies show corporate entrepreneurship can bring companies huge benefits and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Relative researches in academia are becoming more and more important, and thus the domain of entrepreneurship is no longer restricted in a conceptual sense to the independent new venture creation process. In today's rapidly changing and competitive environment, how to use corporate entrepreneurship for gaining competitive advantage has become an important issue in many enterprises.Corporate entrepreneurship in the past research is widely focused on the relationships between corporate entrepreneurship and corporate performance, rarely referring to the factors affecting corporate entrepreneurship, but also the lack of the in-depth study between organizational internal factors and corporate entrepreneurship. For the reason, this study summarizes the previous studies on the corporate entrepreneurship, taking private enterprise as the object of study, analyzing the relationship between organizational internal factors and corporate entrepreneurship, and take perceived organizational support as an intermediary variable, analyzing the relationship among perceived organizational support, internal factors and corporate entrepreneurship.We choose 47 private enterprises in the Zhejiang province to make an empirical study, on the base of the first-hand information, using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis to explore the relationship among the various variables, and make some recommendations and countermeasures on how to improve organizational environment to promote corporate entrepreneurship.This study concludes that:supervisor support, flat organization structure, reward and innovation-oriented organizational culture can positively affect corporate entrepreneurship. Perceived organizational support has a strong role in promoting corporate entrepreneurship. Perceived organizational support also respectively has mediation between supervisor support, reward and corporate entrepreneurship. |
