The study in this thesis is based on the current status of the Inspur communication information system co., LTD. and the competition management theory. In this thesis I first analyze the enterprise strategic management theory, competitive strategy theory, and the concept of industrial 4.0, which lay a theoretical foundation for studying realistic problems of the competitive strategy. Then the external environment including politics, economy and industry environment, and the internal condition, which includes internal organizational structure, product information resources and the development direction, etc, for the development of the company is discussed in detail. The potter five model is used to analyze five main sources of enterprise competitive, and the SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat) analysis method is also used to clarify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the enterprises, which provide the basis for the competitive strategy of the communication company. After that, this study puts forward that Inspur communication information system corporation should choose the differentiation strategy based on the cost leadership strategy, and presents the implementation of the competition strategy. Finally, this thesis proposes safeguard measures of competition strategy of Inspur communication company, and they are illustrated from five aspects, which are the optimization of the organizational structure, the construction of the rich enterprise culture, the enhancement and development of the research and the construction of products, the enhancement of the customer management, and the improvement of the human resource management system.This thesis studies the external environment and internal resources of Inspur communication information system co., LTD., and also analyzes the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of the company.
