At the age of information, science and technology have high speed of development, the national economic status of information industry rapidly rising. In the background of improving our information level, accelerate our China from the IT driving powers into the IT powers, the incentives of IT talents is urgent. The key content of IT enterprises in gaining sustainable competitive advantage and improving the core competitiveness is cultivating the R&D team in IT enterprises, evaluating the team contribution fairly and effectively, managing and incenting the R&D team efficiently.This paper is based on the principle of on-demand incentive, according to the demand characteristics of IT enterprises R&D team and related research model, the IT enterprise R&D team carried out a statistical analysis on the present situation of incentive system, and from the result of statistical analysis, the incentive architecture of IT enterprise R&D team has the main problems and reasons, existing in the combination of incentive theory basis, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions in perfecting the incentive architecture of IT enterprise R&D team.In this paper, the results show us: To the IT enterprise R&D team members, they think the first five incentive factors are: promotion, salary payment, the leadership team, career development, the ability to play. And motivation of the satisfaction of the top five, in turn, are: interest in work, interpersonal skills, team cooperation, work flexibility, the leadership team. Differences reflect the problems of incentive architecture, the career development planning, performance management, salary incentive, and incentive mode, etc, need to become better. On the salary incentive system based on performance, distinguish between team performance and individual performance, performance evaluation system for the design research and development team, research and development team members ability evaluation standard, to provide competitive and incentive payment; In terms of career development planning system attaches great importance to the correct guidance for self development of the employees, provide the professional channel of the personal development and perfect matching learning training; The incentive mode system need more flexible and colorful content.
