Scyd Innovative Team Incentives

With the development of Chinese economics and the policy adjustment of communication policy,great changes have taken place,includes competition homogenization after Restructuring,technology evolution,the speeding integration of the mobile internet,the development of TD Construction,in or out the environment where the communications companies live.With the influence of these factors aboved, all operators have to adjust their strategies and make innovations in all aspects of the enterprises.The business environment changes faster and faster,if an enterprise wants to creat a core competitiveness,it must study and innovate faster than the rival.Against such a background,innovations incentive becomes more and more important.And when and how to creat effective incentive is a hot topic.Firstly,based on the study of mass scientific literatures,it summarizes incentive theory,team theory,incentive theory of innovational team,defines the range of the research,and builds the theoretic model of the incentive mechanism of innovational team.We research the incentive mechanism of innovational team for SCYD Company, and set up the new theory that innovational team consist of the innovational administrant team and the innovational executive team.The object of incentive innovation not only consist of the two teams,but also includs the encouragement for outstanding individual.In the direction of company's innovational job object,the incentive mechanism of innovational team accord with the limit of the company's fact and the common principle,consider well the direction,stength,continuance.Secondly,we study it using the methords integrating theory with practice, combination of qualitative and quantitative,questionnaires and other forms to get the actuality and the incentive object of the SCYD's incentive innovation mechanism, analyze the order of incentive factors and the actual feeling grade for the innovational administrant team and the innovational executive team,diagnose the Sichuan's incentive mechanism using the theory model of the innovational team's incentive mechanism.Thirdly,in response to these issues of the SCYD's incentive mechanism for innovational team,I proposed the solutions,designed the new incentive innovational mechanism for the innovational administrant team and the innovational executive team,At last,we give a conclution and a perspective to look to the future.
