The Study Of Incentive Solutions About Knowledge Workers In A Architecture Design & Research Institute

In the era of knowledge economy, instead of capital, technology and natural resources, knowledge and human creativity become the main driving force of social development. Organizations, that can take full advantage of intellectual capital of knowledge workers, will succeed.In the era of knowledge economy, human capital and knowledge capital has increasingly become the source of enterprise competitive advantage. As the carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers will eventually influence the competition between enterprises, and the rational allocation of resources. However, the knowledge workers are different from ordinary workers. Therefore, how to establish an appropriate incentive system about knowledge workers, in order to effectively motivate their enthusiasm and creativity, becomes the focus of human resource management of enterprises, and also becomes one of the core propositions of sustainable development of modern enterprise.At the first, this paper, based on the literature of theory at home and abroad, introduced the definition and characteristics of knowledge workers, the incentive theory especially the knowledge workers incentive theory. Then, this paper introduced the incentive factors and the current incentive situation of the domestic and overseas knowledge workers.Then, based on the research of the interview and questionnaire about the sample enterprise, this paper put forward a framework of the incentive factors and an incentive solution about the knowledge workers of the sample enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to proposing a effective solution that will promote the benign interaction, and realize a win-win situation between the knowledge workers and the enterprises, on the basis of combining the incentive theory of knowledge workers with the actual situation of the sample enterprise.
