With the rapid growth of economy, industrialization level, comes the contradiction between the shortage of resources and the economical-social development. This makes the relation between people and land increasingly nervous, also in many places facing the double pressure of land intensive utilization and ecological protection. Researchers are now paying great attention to the conservation of the ecological environment, this will be conductive to the sustainable development of the society. Now reasonable land use and the insurance of ecological balance is more closely linked, therefore, in order to solve these problems, areas of land intensive utilization degree and coordination balance of ecological research have been taken seriously.Taking Hongya County as the study area, on the basis of field survey and combined with the information, analyze Hongya County 2005-2013 situation of land use status, draw Hongya County currently facing some problems in land intensive utilization, and according to the across-section data of 2013 land use characteristics of combining Hongya County, respectively, set up the evaluation system of farmland and construction land. Based on the 2005-2013 data, calculate the 2005-2013 of the ecosystem service value of Hongya county and the 2013 value of all towns’ ecosystem service function value. On the basis of analysis the land evaluation of Honya County, and the ecosystems service function value, to analyze and decide how their coordination degree.According to the value of coordination and service function value of ecological system with intensive, analyzes the existing problems of land use evaluation of Hongya County, may put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of intensive utilization degree.
