Study On The Cultivated Land Intensive Utilization And Development Of Farmer Professional Cooperative In Lankao County

Continuous progress of Urbanization made the city construction land to expand substantially, the agricultural land dropped, the contradiction between population and land increasingly prominent. How to improve the efficiency of land use, sustained and rational use of land, change the traditional extensive arable land use patterns, make intensive use of arable land and agricultural scale operation to achieve, here are the problems to be solved.In this context, This paper reviews and research the literature related to the protection of arable land,intensive use of arable land and professional farmers cooperatives, further interpretation of the basic concepts and theories and finishing, Combined with China's current land utilization status and Internationally successful experience of modern agriculture in developed countries, believe that the development professional farmers cooperatives is feasible countermeasures.Lankao County is a traditional agricultural county, the status of its agricultural development having general characteristics of the agricultural development in central China. It is also relatively early developing professional farmers cooperatives areas. Therefore, this paper takes Lankao County as a study area, from natural conditions, agricultural development, Land Utilization and the development of professional farmers cooperatives comprehensive four aspects to introduction and description the Lankao County. Combined with the actual of Lankao County, through the use of entropy method, comprehensive evaluation the Intensive Utilization of arable land of its 16 townships in 2010-2014, and to analyze from time and space according to the evaluation results. By summarizing registration data of professional farmers cooperatives in Lankao County's 16 townships for the year 2007-2014. From the number of local farmers cooperatives and changes in the total amount of registered capital that two aspects analyzed the farmer cooperatives of Lankao County in past and present trends and situations. Finally, through thestatistical methods, using the statistical analysis software SPSS 22.0 to analyze their relevance, from the two aspects that dynamic trend and static contrast differences.According to the correlation Analysis of intensive utilization's trend and professional farmers cooperatives' development trend, In 16 towns of Lankao County, from 2010-2014 years. We found that although there are some towns due to the influence of external factors showed no significant results, but half the town showed a strong significantly correlation. And between 2010 and 2014 at the same time, the results of correlation analysis about the degree of intensive utilization and the degree of development of farmer cooperatives. We found that they were not relevant. But by analyzing we think that this is Since the development of Professional farmers cooperatives is uneven and mature, as well as sample size limitations and other causes. Therefore, this paper combined with relevant theoretical and empirical, to identify the relationship between the local arable land Intensive Utilization and development of farmer cooperatives and concluded that, areas With a high degree of intensive utilization of arable land, suitable for developing Professional farmers cooperatives. Simultaneously, developing professional farmers cooperatives will help to improve the level of the local arable land intensive utilization. This confirms that developing Professional farmers cooperatives is an effective way to enhance the degree of intensive utilization of arable land.
