It’s to reduce costs in the process of operation of the production process and to increase efficiency, so that the enterprise can be in the upper hand in the fierce market competition. So how to improve the production system, to improve production efficiency has become the major point concerned by the manufactures.Lean production as combining eastern and western management blending modern enterprise management mode, one has proven to be effective to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises and implementation of enterprise strategy important means to help enterprises to realize low-cost manufacturing and increase efficiency. This paper analyzes the characteristics and principle of lean production, both with the problem in application. The production efficiency management theory is introduced, as the theoretical basis for the research content of this article.The form of company’s production system and the present situation of company’s production efficiency management are introduced in detail in the article, points out the problems existing in the management efficiency, including production plan changes frequently, work arrangements unreasonable, low production efficiency, which restricts the operations of the enterprise.The key to solve these problems were improved. Measures to improve the production plan, which strengthen the participation of other departments. Production man-hour database is established through the daily report, time observation and personnel skills examination, which provides data support for the production plan and work arrangements. By adjusting the load rate and the assembly line workers, realized the balance of work and production capacity. Optimize inventory, reduce the influence of small batch products on production line and reduce the occupancy of money at the same time.Finally, it proves that the implementation of improvement measures has achieved certain success by contrast, and points out the direction of next improvement at the same time. At present, the research specializing in lean production are very few, this paper has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
