Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In The New Construction

The party’s eighteenth emphasized that we must promote the new urbanization construction, to realize the synchronous development of four modernizations. The new urbanization can not come at the expense of the "three rural", in order to achieve the new urbanization and agricultural modernization of supplement each other. The cultivation of new professional farmers is the key to agricultural development, and high quality new professional farmers play an important role in the rural urbanization and agricultural modernization. In 2012, the central document No.1 is put forward for the first time, we must make great efforts to foster new type of professional farmers, which points out the direction and goals of our country farmers cultivate for current and future. Cultivating a large numbers of new professional farmers not only is the key to the new urbanization and rural modernization, but also the urgent need to realize socialist modernization and build a comprehensive well-off society.This paper is guided by the thoughts of Marx and Engels, Lenin and The Communist Party of China about the farmers cultivate, draw lessons from domestic and foreign related researches about new professional farmers cultivation to theoretically defines the relevant concepts of new professional farmers cultivate. With the background of new urbanization, this paper analyzes the close relationship between new urbanization and new professional farmers. This paper will focus on Zhangzhou city to analyze the problems of the new professional farmers’cultivation, and refer to the developed countries occupation farmers’ cultivating experiences to explore the countermeasures for new occupation farmers’ cultivation in the process of urbanization. This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter One, Introduction. Chapter Two, The related concepts and the importance of new occupation farners’cultivation in the process of urbanization. This chapter is divided into three parts; the first part is mainly about the definition of related concepts;the second part is the theoretical basis of new farmers cultivate occupation, the paper highlights that the new occupation farmers thought is an important part of contemporary Chinese Marx doctrine, and memories the thoughts on the issue of farmers cultivating from Marx and Engels to Mao Zedong and other Chinese Communists to help this research to lay the theoretical foundation; the third part puts forward on the realistic basis of cultivating new farmers, and analyzes the close relationship between new urbanization and new professional farmers.Chapter Three, The present situation of new occupation farmer’s cultivation in the process of urbanization. This chapter is mainly based on the investigation of Zhangzhou to introduce the profile of Zhangzhou new professional farmers’ cultivation; then with the aid of the relevant statistics to summarize and analyze the main problems in the work of cultivating new occupation of farmers in the process of new urbanization in Zhangzhou city, and by using the principle of Marxism in the relationship of internal and external cause to analyze the reasons.Chapter Four, The cultivating experiences and enlightenments of the developed countries. This chapter mainly summarizes the experiences and characteristics of developed countries as Korea, Japan, Germany and Australia in the cultivating work of new occupation farmers.
