Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional

With the development of China's economy,the process of industrialization and urbanization in China is accelerating,and a large number of rural surplus labor force is constantly pouring into cities.This makes our country's rural surplus labor force in the continuous reduction,so that there are a large number of Left-behind children,left-behind women,left-behind elderly in rural areas.Nowadays,a large number of young and middle-aged rural labor force go out to work,basically no longer planting land,then the future by whom to cultivate land will become a problem,which has become the most important issue to solve the three rural issues.Fengyang County is an economically undeveloped county at present.There are still many problems in agriculture,rural areas and farmers.But these problems have already affected the development of local agriculture and farmers' income.However,in order to solve the problems in agricultural development,we must vigorously cultivate new professional farmers,and vigorously cultivate new professional farmers matching the development of modern agriculture.Although Feng yang County is also vigorously cultivating new-type professional farmers,there are still many problems in cultivating new-type professional farmers.Solving and finding the problems in cultivating new-type professional farmers is an important measure to promote the future cultivation and development of new-type professional farmers in Fengyang County,and also an important measure to promote the agricultural development of Feng yang County.This study takes Fengyang County of Anhui Province as an example,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,case analysis,induction and summary,carries out in-depth research,and on this basis,puts forward relevant suggestions and Countermeasures for the cultivation of new-type vocational peasants in Fengyang County.Firstly,this study defines the relevant concepts of new-type professional farmers by using human capital theory,human modernization theory,labor force transfer theory and educational economics theory.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of the current situation of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Fengyang County,as well as the measures and effects of government departments,it finds out the existing problems in the process of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Fengyang County.Through the analysis,we find that the main problems are the cultivation of the target and the training organization.Among them,the problem of the training target is the low level of culture,the difficulty of receiving training,the older age,the less enthusiasm for training,the poor ideological awareness,the poor technical ability and the poor marketing ability.In terms of training organization,there are some problems,such as the conflict of training time,the disconnection between training content and practice,the backward training methods,the inadequate follow-up service and the insufficient training time.Based on this,the causes of the problems are discussed,such as the restriction of urban-rural dual system,the insufficient awareness of farmers' participation,the inadequate implementation of supporting policies,the low efficiency of agriculture,the serious loss of labor force,the inequality of social security system and the lack of coordination among departments.Then it draws lessons from the successful models and practices at home and abroad in order to draw lessons from them.Foreign countries learn from the United States,Britain and Japan,while domestic countries learn from the Xi'an model in Shianxi Province and the East-West Lake model in Hubei Province.Finally,on the basis of learning from the successful practices at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Fengyang County.Specific suggestions are to standardize the identification of new-type professional farmers,increase the intensity of education and training,strengthen support policies,implement safeguard measures and improve organization and management,so as to provide some suggestions for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Fengyang County.Practical reference.
