This article base on the industrial integration theory, agricultural industrial structure optimization theory and industrial structure theory, Anhui province is in the midst of the agricultural industrial structure optimization of infancy, with agricultural industrial structure in Anhui province as the research object, mainly uses the relevant data from-2004 to 2013, using the methods of linear regression to analyze about the present situation of agricultural industrial structure in Anhui province, there exist some outstanding problems in the Anhui province agricultural such as rural land economic benefit per unit area on the low side, crop planting structure imbalance, low degree of deepening, the agricultural area layout structure unreasonable; the farmers’ income structure is curing.In full according to agriculture and related on the basis of the theory root of industrial convergence, the paper points out that these problems is the root cause of the agriculture and related industry alignment is low, then using the grey correlation method to measure the Anhui province agriculture and agricultural sideline products processing industry, food manufacturing, transportation, warehousing and postal service, scientific research, technical services and geological prospecting industry, education, culture, sports and entertainment and other related industry alignment, found that agriculture-with the alignment of these related industry overall on the low side, and then explain the question in the agricultural development in Anhui province.
