Study On The Impact Of Agricultural Technological Innovation On The Farmers’ Income In Hubei Province

The deterioration of rural ecological environment,rural labor forces’ transfer, the lack of advanced agricultural technology, so that the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture is facing a huge challenge. Relying on agriculture technology innovation,create more output,develop modern agriculture,maximizing economic benefit of agriculture is the most important way to realize the steady increase in rural incomes. From 2012 to 2015,the state issued no. 1 in the central document is to strengthen agricultural scientific and technological innovation driven effect, promote the continuous increase in rural incomes,ntensify and policies as a major issue, that country’s emphasis on agricultural technology innovation and the difficulty of realization of farmers’ income problem. In this background,combined with the present situation of agricultural development in Hubei Province,the research of agricultural technology innovation impact on farmers’ income in Hubei Province,it has important practical significance to achieve the development of agricultural economy and to promote the farmers’ income in Hubei province.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the relevant literature,theory basis, interaction mechanism and present situation,this paper empirical analysis on the agricultural technology innovation’s influence on farmers’ income in hubei province. First of all,using the time series data from 1998 to 2013, analysis of hubei province agricultural technology innovation and income balance of short-term and long-term equilibrium trend; Then,the use of hubei province east dabie mountain area,western hubei area,jianghan plain,wuhan urban circle of agricultural field survey data of 345 peasant households to establish a multiple linear regression model,to study agricultural innovation technology adoption in promoting the role of the farmers’ income,analyzing the influence factors and constraints.In time series model, the empirical results show that no matter in the long or the short term,the hubei province agricultural technology innovation resources allocation and achievements transformation and support has promoting effect to the farmers’ income,but between the agricultural technology innovation research and development achievements and income has no obvious equilibrium relationship. In multiple linear regression model,the empirical results show that the micro aspects of agriculture technology innovation adoption has a significant effect on income, including product innovation adoption and organizational innovation adoption of income effect is the most significant.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,aim at the significance of the development of Hubei Province agricultural technological innovation,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions about how to depend on agriculture technology innovation to increase farmers’ income.
