As a national strategic industry,high-tech industries have become the commanding heights of countries around the world to compete.The development of high-tech industries plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of the country and promoting economic development.The development of high-tech industries in Hubei Province is at the mid-level in the country.In order to promote the rapid development of high-tech industries in Hubei Province,in response to the national call for the development of high-tech industries,exploring the mechanism of technological innovation in high-tech industries in Hubei Province from the perspective of collaborative innovation will help Participants in high-tech industry technology innovation in Hubei Province adopt more targeted optimization strategies,which has a positive effect on promoting the development of high-tech industry in Hubei Province.This paper first outlines the high-tech industry,including the connotative characteristics of the high-tech industry,the current status and evolution of the development of hightech industries at home and abroad,an analysis of the current state of development of high-tech industries in Hubei Province,and a summary of the current development of high-tech industries in Hubei Province.This will lay the foundation for the following models to solve the related problems.This article first summarizes the high-tech industry,and summarizes the current state of research on technological innovation and collaborative innovation in high-tech industries.By analyzing the current situation of the development of high-tech industries in Hubei Province,the problems existing in the development of high-tech industries in Hubei Province are summed up,laying the foundation for the following models to solve related problems.Taking the high-tech industry technology innovation system as the research background,a game model of collaborative innovation evolution among enterprises in the system is constructed,and its stability points are analyzed from the situation of four equilibrium points and five equilibrium points,respectively.For the four equilibrium points,it is found through analysis that as long as the collaborative innovation benefit of one of the companies is less than the cost of collaborative innovation,regardless of the initial willingness of both parties,it will eventually stabilize to an independent innovation strategy.For the five equilibrium points,through analysis,it is found that the initial willingness of both parties and the distribution coefficient of synergistic benefits,the additional benefits of synergistic innovation,the ability to absorb and transform technology resources,innovative technology resources,distrust coefficients,collaborative innovation costs,and technology leakage risk coefficients The changes will affect the final stable point of both sides and the path of evolution to the stable point.The above analysis is simulated.Then consider joining college,research institute and government in the high-tech industry technology innovation system,and the evolutionary game model of the "three spirals" structure with the corporate body.Analyzing the stability and evolution path of the three parties,and then do the simulation.Enterprises and research institutes reasonably arrange the distribution coefficient of synergistic benefits,increase the synergistic innovation revenue of both parties,reduce the cost of synergistic innovation,control the "free-riding" speculation,and increase the utilization rate of government subsidy funds.The benefits of incentives,reducing the cost of supervision when choosing incentives,rationally planning the subsidies issued by stimulating collaborations,and fines for companies,universities,and research institutions to withdraw from collaborative innovation and fines are conducive to the three parties to adopt {collaborative innovation,collaborative research and development,incentive collaboration} strategies.Finally,by analyzing and summarizing the above studies,the mechanism of the influential factors of the evolution of the collaborative innovation strategy choices of the various entities in the high-tech industrial technology innovation system is obtained,and the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed for the collaborative innovation of the various entities.
