Study On The Economic Development And The Supply Of Credit Of Shucheng County

Under the category of regional economy, county economy is a regional economy, which can be divided according to administrative division. County economy is independent and functional. It is also complete control subject of the market. It is full of regional characteristics, which are closely linked to specific natural resources, historical and social situation within its geographical location. It is competitive and open due to insist on market-orientation and regional resources optimization allocation in market economy. As the basic unit in the national economy, county economy is a comprehensive system of economic activities covering all aspects of production, circulation and distribution. The first, the second and the third industry attaches great importance to the development of key industries, so that the county economic strengthen the rise and development of national economy and it has the most direct and significant effect. After the concept of "county economy" was firstly proposed in the Sixteen Meeting of the Party, the Third Plenary Session of the sixteen further stressed that "we should vigorously develop the county economy". Under this circumstance, that how to improve county economy attracts more attention and academic researches. There have been a lot of academic study discusses and demonstrates that there is mutual promotion between financial and economic development. As the terminal part of execution and implementation of monetary policy, the financial industry plays the significant role of promoting the development of county economy, optimizing and adjusting the county economic structure. As an obligatory responsibility of the financial industry, financial development can not only conducive to the development of the county economy, but also gains more sustainable opportunities for the financial industry itself.The topic of this paper comes from the combined training innovation base project for postgraduates of Anhui University and the local government. Shucheng County was selected as the sample county. Analysis of the correlation between bank credit and economic development in Shucheng County can provide suggestions for the adjustment of a Shucheng County bank credit and on the other hand, it can also provide reference for the county economy development of other counties in Anhui province. The first chapter is the introduction of the research backgrounds, research significance and research methods, and then introduces the development of finance, credit rationing and other related theory. Related literature and research results that support the development of county economy of the banking financial institutions are classified and summarized for the thesis writing, to find a theoretical basis and the idea of writing. The second chapter combines with the general economy situation of Shucheng County, and analyses the development of economy and financial industry in Shucheng County from 1994 to 2013. The third chapter discusses the bank credit and economic development of Shucheng County by detailed data analysis. Study of the role that bank credit played for the development of different industries and economy in Shucheng County aims at revealing deeper problems. The fourth chapter, picks up the sample data, to test the contribution made by the bank credit to all the industries, through the establishment of a regression model and the result shows that:the bank credit works for the development of the first industry in Shucheng county with the lowest degree, however the supports for the third industry is the most obvious and outstanding.
