As the developing of Cold chain logistics market and Cold fresh preservation technology, Cold Chain Logistics becomes more and more popular in society. But the store of Cold chain products is a big problem to the development of Cold chain logistics market. So studying on how to shorten the store time and how to make the currency speedier is very important to the current situation. What’s more, it’s also very important to the Enterprise business and Optimization. This paper stood on the view of double supply chain, used the knowledge of dynamic game theory, built the decision-making model of Cold chain products between the supplier and retailer. What’s more, the paper researched the problem of how to select the booking payment time for the retailer and how to select the lead time for the supplier. Through the Numerical Simulation and Sensitivity Analysis, it proved that the most optimal solution is existed under the decision-making model. As a leader of the decision-making model, it is necessary for the supplier to design a coordination mechanism to achieve effective coordination of the supply chain. From the perspective of the supplier, this article built a mathematical model of cold chain product inventory subsidy policy, the theory was solved and the effectiveness of inventory subsidy policy was demonstrated. The research showed that the supplier are willing to promise the retailer a certain profit growth in order to ensure the retailer would accept the inventory subsidy policy, but the retailer will be required to increase the advance payment time in order to increase the profits of both sides. Through numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis, we found that, in the inventory subsidy policy, the profit of supplier and the retailer were higher than the profit under decentralized decision-making model, and the size of the value of the profit growth rate determined the profit distribution between the supplier and the retailer.
