| For short life cycle products, in the process of actual sales, excessive products would be ordered because of the uncertainty of the market forecast and the shortage cost caused by stock out, which lead to the result that there left surplus after a normal sales period, so how to effectively tackle with the surplus has become a hot issue of research in recent years. Among them, the price discount sales, as a commonly used way, is attracting more attention from enterprise managers and scholars. Previous study of remaining products believes that in order to achieve the overall best returns, supply chain collaboration between affiliated enterprise is indispensable, at the same time in order to promote supply chain collaboration, profit distribution idea also received people’s concern. However, the research considering the use of the best supply chain solution of discount product sales and clearance sale during normal sales and the research considering the profit allocation among supply chain enterprises is relatively slight.Based on the above situation, this paper studies about the collaborative centralized decision-making rather than independent decentralized decision-making taken by the supply chain members, in order to obtain greater profits during the discount sales. Suppose by collaborative centralized decision-making mode. The whole supply chain system gains higher profits, in order to maintain the stability of the supply chain, supply chain enterprises will allocate the profit created collaboratively. So, considering supply chain collaboration model of profit distribution when establish product discount sales is of great research significance. The researches and results are as follows.Firstly, the system in this paper reviewed the relevant supply chain collaboration, profit distribution, and price discount of related research. From many scholars found in the study of supply chain, supply chain collaboration can optimize each enterprise on the supply chain’s profit, and a reasonable profit distribution can promote supply chain collaboration, and then the product price discount sales, according to a study at home and abroad sales discount for products under the profit distribution of supply chain collaborative research remains to be further analysis and research.Secondly, building supply chain coordination model under discount sales. Combining previous research results on discount sales under the supply chain coordination problem analysis, first of all, when the supply chain enterprises adopt decentralized decision making, using Stackelberg model of duopoly, calculated to sales as a leader, based on its own profit maximization of product quantity biggest and best discount rate; Second, when the supply chain enterprises adopt centralized decision-making, calculation based on supply chain profit maximization of the whole system of product quantity biggest and best discount rate; Finally, analysis of two kinds of decision situation, the change of the profit.And then, building product discount sales under the profit distribution of supply chain collaboration model. According to the profit distribution of Chauhan and Proth method the author puts forward the concept of investment rate standard 1 to optimize its profit allocation method, build a new model of profit allocation and distribution of refined elements of discriminant factor (allocation), this is the new attempt of profit distribution method, provides a new perspective for the study of the profit distribution, the construction of the whole system model for further in-depth research provides the theoretical basis and research reference.Finally, the results of this study will be applied to social practice. Based on the actual examples and using computer software to draw the relevant function, more intuitive to show the price discount sales, supply chain collaboration and profit distribution, verify the validity the supply chain collaboration model of profit distribution considering the product sales discount. |
