With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for fresh products has changed from quantity to quality,More and more safe, environmental protection and green products are favored by people, which is certain extent promotes the development of fresh produce distribution. The traditional way to obtain high-quality fresh products is limited. The emergence and rapid development of e-commerce provide a good platform for the sale of fresh products on the Internet. The current research on fresh logistics distribution in China's e-commerce enterprises, mostly focused on the one-way cold chain, less on the "whole cold chain" research,in order to achieve the"whole cold chain",the key is to achieve seamless docking between fresh products and end consumers,Therefore,it is particularly important to study the joint transportation between fresh food business and cold chain delivery. In this paper,a two-stage combined transportation method based on clustering is proposed for cold chain delivery, because of the long distance between the fresh product supply node and the demand node or the short product cycle. In the first stage, according to the distribution of customer demand points,a transfer point selection and demand point division method based on fuzzy C-means algorithm(FCM)is proposed to construct the joint distribution network node.In the second stage,a clustering-based joint distribution route optimization model is established. Finally, the rationality and efficiency of the proposed method and model are verified by data experiments.
