| Social progress can not be separated with urbanization, the development of urban is not only an economic issue, but also a complex problem which involves many aspects of social, population, ecology and cultural. After the establishment of New China, our development has gone through a tortuous process. The current development of China’s urbanization is in an accelerated phase. It is reform from tradition model to new model. The pattern of economic development is changing from extensive way to intensive way, the industrial structure is leaning to the third industry, the protection environment and the implement of social security had attracted more attention. However, there are still some problems in the new urbanization development, it is still facing many challenges. The economic power is lacking, urban and rural area development is not balanced. The concentration of population to cities will cause traffic congestion and environment pollution. The household management is difficult. It is hard to settle in cities for migrant workers, and the social security system is not perfect. These problems will affect the quality of urbanization. Therefore, sustaining economic development, upgrading industrial restructure, solving household registration problems, protecting environment, and integrating development of urban and rural area are the issues should be resolved as soon as possible.Based on summarizing of the related theory and status, this paper start from investigating the current situation of the new urbanization development in ShuCheng. This text has six chapters, the first and second chapters are about the background, research trends, related concepts and theories. After the second chapter, the text investigate the current situation of the new urbanization development in ShuCheng Then analyze the existing problems. At the same time, according to local conditions, this paper present an overall train of thought of the new urbanization development in ShuCheng, and propose some concrete measures and suggestions. |
