In the knowledge economy and global integration background,organizational innovation has become the key factor to get the survival and development.Numerous studies show that employee creativity can contribute to organizational innovation,improve business efficiency and viability.Early studies focus on creativity leadership,organizational innovation climate and other factors,in recent years,some scholars have gradually started to pay attention to employee creativity applied pressure,but the pressure on the relationship between creativity and research perspective and further than a single research results also less.In reality,there is a positive pressure,but also negative,and therefore that is the pressure from the two forms of organization of the dual pressure angle,pressure research on creativity will be more comprehensive and systematic.In this paper,the R & D personnel in science and technology research work pressure in the process of using empirical research methods.First of all,the relevant literature review,and then refer to the previous scholars to design a more mature measurement scale,the study designed to survey the questionnaire.After the data collection,the data reliability analysis,data descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the relationship between variables were carried out,and the relationship between challenge pressure,blocking pressure and creativity Depth analysis to verify the hypothesis,and finally combined with the relevant conclusions of this study,the research and development of science and technology enterprises pressure management strategy.In this paper,using questionnaires for science and technology R & D personnel working pressure of empirical research.Proposes research ideas and assumptions about Based on the existing research results are summarized and analysis.descriptive statistic analysis,the relationship between variables,such as correlation analysis and regression analysis data analysis work,and to adjust challenging pressure,relationship pressure and creativity blocking an in-depth analysis to verify the hypothesis,proposed a final stress management strategies of science and technology R & D personnel.Study results: work stress and pressure can be divided into challenging obstacle pressures two dimensions.Challenging pressure and creativity was a significant positive correlation.Pressures and hinder creativity was a significant negative correlation.Challenge-obstruction of pressure on R & D personnel have reciprocal influence creativity.We hope this study provides strong empirical support and management of science and technology R & D personnel to learn stress management.
