The rise of knowledge economy, changed the past mainly methods to obtaincompetitive advantage which depends on traditional resources such as natural resources,labor and capital, knowledge has become the most important strategic resources.While,the knowledge has the characteristics of concealment, only through the exchange andsharing with others, to create value for the organization. Studies have shown thatindividual members can voluntarily with others to share their own knowledge, mainlydepends on whether it has enough motivation. Therefore, to promote knowledge sharingamong orgnization members, the study of knowledge sharing motive is most important.Based on this, the paper sets project team members as research objects, throughexploratory case interviews and literature review, distinguishes the influential factors to theknowledge sharing, providing a theory basis for the research hypothesis of a regulatingeffect of interaction between the external motivation and team atmosphere to knowledgesharing, and a triple regulating effect of team atmosphere, external motivation and innermotivation. And then, a function mechanism model is constructed of individual motivationand knowledge sharing in a project team atmosphere.Using SPSS16.0analysis of sample data, draws conclusions as following:The internal motivation of the individual project team members knowledge sharinghas a significant positive influence on individual knowledge sharing behavior.The external motivation has no significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior.The interaction of team atmosphere and the external motivation has a reverseadjustment function to individual knowledge sharing behavior.The triple regulating effect of team atmosphere, the external motivation and innermotivation to knowledge sharing behavior absents data support due to strict tripleadjustment function of sample size while got the exploratory empirical validation.
