In the increasingly competitive business environment, innovation has become an important means for survival and development of enterprises. How to motivate employees to better innovation has become one of the problems faced by enterprises. The traditional incentive method is to use the performance pay method, to make the innovation performance and the salary related, but this kind of incentive method has many problems. And competition for status is deep in the hearts of people’s emotional needs and organization in the competitive status of the motivation of innovation performance will have certain effect, at the same time the team knowledge sharing, and organization fair in which also plays a role, this paper attempts to study the influence mechanism between them.In this paper, I surveyed 29 project teams a total of 233 people in Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation by questionnaire. Then I regression analysis the data through SPSS 20.0, discusses the influence mechanism of status competition motivation and team innovation in knowledge team, and to study the mediating role of team knowledge sharing and moderating effect of group fair. The results of this study shows that based on dominant status competition motivation and team creativity has significant negative correlation, based on prestige status competition motivation and team innovation has significant positive correlation, and team knowledge sharing adjust the relationship between the status competition motivation and team innovation. The three dimensions of organizational justice all have moderating effect to the relationship between status competition motivation and team knowledge sharing, for based on the relationship between dominant status of competition motivation and team knowledge sharing only the procedure fairness have significant moderating effect, distributive justice and interactional fairness is not regulated effect. And status competition is in the heart of one’s emotion, the two dimensions of status competition motivation have different effects to team innovation, organizations can promote the influence of based on dominant status motivation and team innovation to the positive aspects, but also to strengthen positive effects of based on prestige status competition motivation and team creativity through strengthen the team knowledge sharing and organizational fairness.
