Study Of HY R&D Knowledge Innovation Management

In the era of knowledge economy,as a typical knowledge enterprise high-tech enterprise must realize the characteristics of the era and put knowledge innovation on the most important position in all the work.Although many high-tech enterprises have realized the importance of the knowledge innovation,only few of them has performed knowledge innovation due to many kinds of reasons.If the current state of knowledge innovation continues it will limit the further development of high-tech enterprises.HY is a typical, rapid growing and small-and-medium-sized high-tech company,and it’s R&D working has involved several models.Based on the theory of knowledge management and knowledge innovation we reviewed the practices of HY’s knowledge innovation in the R&D working under different R&D models. There are six organizational factors that influenced the knowledge innovation of the R&D working,such as goal and strategy,enterprise culture,organization structure,working flow,human resources and information resources. Among all the factors goal and strategy is the fundamental, and other factors will be adjusted according to the goal and strategy. The process of knowledge innovation can be divided into four stages, such as knowledge discovery,knowledge transfer and sharing, knowledge integration and creation,knowledge diffusion.The problems in the knowledge innovation have been analyzed by interviews with the employees.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and the stages of knowledge innovation this paper constructed a mechanism in which the goal and strategy had the most importance of inspiring the process of the knowledge innovation, and the working flow connected the four stages of the knowledge innovation and led to the transform between implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge.Furthermore,the paper discussed the management policy, such as programming definite goal and strategy,constructing of enterprise culture,optimizing organization structure,building creative team, constructing knowledge base and optimizing working flow.This paper constructed the knowledge innovation mechanism in the R&D working in HY.According to the mechanism the paper also discussed the management policy which could guarantee the process of the knowledge innovation. Meanwhile,the mechanism and the management policy could be a reference to the similar enterprises.
