In the 21 st century, the market competition is becoming increasingly dramatic increase in the importance of core competencies in the company’s development of increasingly prominent.The company’s core competence is generally reflected in skills and knowledge,critical skills and knowledge companies usually dominated by the company’s key employees,while the core value of the company’s employees is an important creator,loss of key personnel will often result in a reduction of profit co mpany,weakened competitiveness,demoralized,reduced productivity,and many other problems.The company that has been studied in this paper is a case of these issues,and I hope through this study,it is possible to circumvent the problem to get some inspiration.In this paper,JS Company’s core staff turnover,for example,first introduced JS company currently operates the status quo and human resources, and the company’s key employees while positioning the company outlined the current status of JS loss of key employees.Secondly,the company’s core staff turnover JS status quo on key employees have left to take the exit interview way to understand the reasons for leaving, and do interviews recorded at the same time,for the post of key employees,key employees have left the company’s satisfaction rating questionnaire. JS causes of this loss of key employees of the company based on the analysis.Finally,according to the analysis results of the core reasons for employee turnover,combined with human resource incentive theory,from the company controlled factors aspects raised effective countermeasures to prevent the loss of key employees.In this paper,literature research,questionnaires, interviews,case studies,mathematical statistical methods to complete the full study.The results show that: the reason JS loss of key employees of the company can be summarized into the following three aspects:First,the company mainly internal reasons remuneration aspect managers aspects :( 1) Company managers(2)the company appraisal system(3)Remuneration(4)terms of staff promotion mechanism(5) the company culture(6) core employees working environment;second, external reason is the shortage of appropriate personnel due to fierce competition in the market caused; third, key employees own main reasons :(1) Education(2)moral hazard(3)family reasons; the reasons for the loss of key employees, we propose to enhance the company leadership skills,improve job and title company JS appraisal system,improve the company’s compensation structure JS, JS strengthening cultural construction companies,improve corporate employee work environment and enhance crisis management capability staff turnover appropriate countermeasures to prevent the loss of key employees.
