In the era of knowledge-based economy, which science and technology leading the Future, enterprise core staffs hold the key to knowledge and technology, and play a crucial role in the creation of the business core value, and have a great influence on production and operation. Loss of key employees usually increase some impact on the business normal working order, like increasing corporate human resource training and recruitment costs, but also easily affect the stability of other employees, what's more, the loss of the core staff, usually take away the core technology secrets, a lot of client resources and market share, and other key employees, causing incalculable damage to the enterprise.The purpose of this study is to identify the reasons for the loss of key employees and its control measures, as much as possible for enterprises to retain talented people, so as to promote enterprise to achieve healthy and sustainable development.This paper combined literature research, case studies and questionnaires, related to Shida Sheng Chinese company's core staff for the research object, by analyzing the losing of core staff in Shida Sheng Chinese companies recent years, to find out the root causes of the core staff turnover, and then combined with the actual situation of the company, from the pay system design, staff training and education, career design of the reserve cadres training, and enterprise culture aspects, we get out a solution to the company loss of key employees and how to retain talent specific programs.Although this study is only about Shida Sheng Hua's core staff turnover problems, but the research methods, ideas and some conclusions also have some reference value in the growth stage of other companies.
